Key stages of pre-enrolment

Procedure to be completed using a computer

Average time: 20 min.

Average response time: 1 week

  • 1

    Prepare your pre-enrolment file

Before you start the online procedure, we recommend that you gather all the necessary information and familiarise yourself with the resources available on the website:

    • curriculum descriptions per level: Kindergarten / Elementary school / Middle school /High school

    • language pathways: Primary / Secondary (a decision-making tool is available to help you)

    • school fees: rates (a simulator is available to help you). The fees for the 2026-2027 school year will be subject to change following approval by the general meeting scheduled for May 2026. The new fees will be communicated after this general meeting.

Next, prepare the documents to include with your pre-enrolment file, as per the list specified above, in the required format.

Also remember to gather the information about your child’s current schooling (modern languages, options chosen, any special considerations).

Lastly, take a few moments to prepare a personal message expressing why you want to join Vauban. This text, included in the online form, allows the admissions team to better understand your approach, your expectations and the coherence of your family’s educational project. (We would rather you write this text in your own words and discourage you from using AI tools.)

    Submit the pre-enrolment file online

Once your file is ready, carry out the online procedure from the start dates specified for each level.

Please fill in the form using a computer (rather than a smartphone or tablet) and take the time you need to complete all stages without interruptions.

As part of the online application, you will be asked to:

    • Fill in the pre-enrolment form

    • Upload all of the necessary documents

    • Pay the non-refundable €200 application fee by bank transfer.
