Pre-registrations for 2026/2027
Vauban is a privately run institution accredited by the French Ministry of Education and partnered with the AEFE network. It has over 2,600 students across 112 classes, from Petite Section (first year of kindergarten) to Terminale (final year of high school).
We offer a stimulating setting and a multicultural student population in small classes.
Vauban also boasts state-of the-art equipment and infrastructure located near the city centre and the main train station.
The school’s ambition is to provide rigorous, multilingual and innovative teaching delivered by a caring team that is open to the diversity of students’ profiles, with the aim of ensuring the best possible success for each individual.
It seeks to foster a culture of commitment, solidarity and openness to others.
We recruit qualified teachers on local contracts for both primary and secondary education (secondment possible). Applicants must hold a recognised teaching qualification. Recruitment usually takes place between January and June, or as vacancies arise during the school year.
We recruit supervisory, administrative and technical staff all year long.

Positions offered under local law contracts are subject to Luxembourg labour law and the applicable social security and tax regulations. As a result, staff employed on local law contracts are required to contribute to the Luxembourg social security system, including health insurance, pension insurance and care insurance, regardless of any other social protection coverage. These contributions amount to approximately 12.5% of the gross salary.
Furthermore, salaries paid under local law contracts are subject to income tax in Luxembourg, which is deducted at source.
